Meet Our Staff


Eddie Carpenter, General Manager                                                             

Eddie has twenty-five years of experience in the golf industry primarily at high-end private country clubs.  He is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America as well as the Club Managers Association of America.  He came through the club management ranks beginning as a Golf Professional and Director of Golf working at Cullasaja Club in Highlands, NC and Weston Hills Country Club in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  He was promoted to the position of General Manager and has served in that capacity for fourteen years at such notable clubs as Hamilton Mill Golf Club in Atlanta, Oyster Reef Golf Club on Hilton Head Island, and TPC Piper Glen in Charlotte, NC.  As a General Manager, Eddie’s focus has been on improving the overall quality of the club, staff development and leadership, maintaining sound financial plans and mostly enhancing the member experience.


Casey Richardson, Head Golf Professional

Casey is a Class A member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and has over 15 years of experience excelling at both high-end public and private clubs. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Casey played hockey, football and baseball throughout high school before attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. It was while attending college, Casey fell in love with golf and made an easy transition. After college Casey took his first Assistant Golf Professional job at the Country Club of Wisconsin. Since then Casey has been fortunate to work both in the Twin Cities, MN and Madison, WI building his pedigree at fine golf facilities such as University Ridge Golf Course in Madison, Rancho La Quinta in Palm Springs, Forest Hills Golf Club in Forest Lake, and Hillcrest Golf Club in St. Paul. The past six seasons Casey has been the First Assistant Golf Professional at Hawks Landing Golf Club, one of Madison’s premier facilities. He looks forward to meeting and working with all Dakota Dunes Country Club Members fulfilling their golf related needs and services.

Brian Radebaugh, Assistant Golf Professional

Brian has 8 years of experience in the golf industry from working on the Grounds Crew at Omaha Country Club to being a Assistant Golf Professional at Benson Park Golf Course and Bent Tree Golf Club in Omaha.  Brian is a PGA Apprentice and is working towards his Class A PGA Card. He attended the University of South Dakota from 2009 to 2012 as a music major and played in the Orchestra, Jazz Band and Pep Bend.  Outside of golf, Brian enjoys fishing and hunting for Waterfowl.

Brad Clark, Executive Chef

Chef Brad is a native of the Siouxland area and has been in the Culinary field for over 30 years including 12 years as an Executive Chef at a high-end Private Country Club.  He specializes in American Cuisine but has extensive experience with all genres of fine dining.  In his time off Brad enjoys reading science fiction novels and tinkering on his 1976 Trans Am.

Doug Hausman, Golf Course Superintendent
With over 20 years of golf course experience, Doug worked with the Arnold Palmer Course Design Company to construct the golf course which opened in 1991. Doug and his staff have attained  the best course in South Dakota as rated by Golf Digest magazine. In addition, the golf course maintenance staff was given the National Environmental Steward Award in 2001 for conservation efforts developed at Dakota Dunes. Doug is a member of the Golf Course Superintendent Association of America.

Don’t let Jake’s calm demure fool you.  Once off of the golf cart, he spends his day working on the course.  He loves chasing geese off of the greens, moving bunnies from the flower beds and being petted by young and old.  He has been with the club for three years and works for kibble. 

Jerry Zatloukal, Building  Maintenance Supervisor

Jerry joined Dakota Dunes in July of 2014 as your Maintenance Supervisor. Jerry's background includes certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Pool Operator, Freon Recycling, and is also Serve-Safe certified. Prior to working at Dakota Dunes Country Club, Jerry was in the restaurant business as an owner/operator of several restaurants for over 15 years, and feels very at home in the kitchen. Jerry's background and experience in various aspects of the service industry make him invaluable to DDCC. Jerry is an avid golfer, and absolutely loves Dakota Dunes Country Club. Jerry continually offers insight as to how his skills and experience can add value to the Club, and has the drive to ensure the Members of Dakota Dunes Country Club are provided with the best facilities possible.
